This hotel wash terrible. Room was dirty, alot of traffic and airplane noise, sketchy people hanging out around property. Check in took almost 20 minutes because someone in front of us kept getting their credit card declined. Was not a good experience at all. The only nice thing was the check in lady was pleasant! Not worth the $185/night so happy we only were staying 1 night.

The carpet was worn out old and smelly, the wood cabinets were old and stained, the gas stove looked pretty worn out, the bathroom sink was stained or burnt, there was no coffee maker available in the room, the cushions on the chairs were torn. The hallway and stairwell were dirty and stained with graffiti on one of the walls. The staff tried to be accommodating, but they didn't have a first floor room for my disabled son. So we ended up on the second floor in the most rundown room we have ever stayed. I considered leaving but it was late and my son was tired. The reviews i read stated the facilities had been remodeled and it was a good value for the money, but tthat was not true. Sorry, i will never again stay at one of their properties. I will spend the extra money for a different business.

Had to wait in the front area for 20min to check in because a sign posted said the clerk was helping another guest and there was no one else to check in. Entered the room and the room had a very bad smell and there was a roach crawling on the wall. We did not stay and asked for a refund

The hotel is filthy with no customer service. Dirty sheets, dirty carpet. Nothing is clean there.

I like my room, it was neat and fresh clean. Your staffs are very nice and cooperatives. And the location is well place meaning that it has all the mall for the tourists.

Some issues with the room like missing/broken drawers and a ceiling vent that was falling off (it was taped up) but the room and the bed were very clean (personally I'll take clean over perfect working order any day!) and the one staff member I had interaction with at the front desk was friendly and helpful. I can't speak to the 'grab and go' breakfast because I missed it (open from 7-9:30 or something like that).
