I stayed in the annexe building on thee west side of the property, none of the Ice machines worked. No refrigerator in the room. No microwave in tbe room. The Aircondicioner in the hallway of the building was not working. The Staff was very apologetic. I must return to the Houston area for Cancer treatment at MD Anderson, and debating if I should even give this place another shot.

The “hot” water in the bathroom was on the cool side of tepid, except inexplicably for one shower. And one of the bedside lights didn’t work. Overall, the hotel is starting to show its age. Be aware: you have to pay $10 per night for self-parking in the hotel lot. We had never encountered that before. We’ll probably look elsewhere for lodging on the future.

I saw a review that said, this is a 3 star hotel with 5 star service and I couldn’t agree anymore. I have zero complaints and would certainly recommend anyone to stay here.
