Introducing our stunning two-story, four-bedroom, 2.5-bath beach house, a perfect family getaway! Renovated to perfection, this exquisite property boasts a private fenced-in backyard pool, lounge area, and a newly installed putting green. Centrally located in Jacksonville Beach, just nine blocks from the beach, it offers easy access to restaurants and shopping. Ample parking and space for an RV or boat make this home a convenient choice.

Indulge in modern comforts with smart TVs in every room, including the outdoor patio. The garage has been thoughtfully transformed into a delightful space for kids, complete with two single beds. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for cooking and entertaining.

Step into the backyard paradise, featuring a built-in gas fire pit, a water lounge ledge, and an outdoor dining and living area. Fire up the large gas grill for a delightful barbecue experience. Stay connected with high-speed internet and enjoy cable TV throughout your stay.

A short walk, less than half a mile, takes you to the beach. A few blocks away, you'll discover the best park at the beaches, featuring a brand-new skate park, tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, basketball courts, and a sprawling playground.

For added convenience and security, our property features a smart lock system with a personalized entry code assigned to each guest.

POOL HEATERS: The pool heaters are electric and draw in heat from the outside air warmed by the sun. Heat pump pool heaters work efficiently if the outside temperature exceeds the 45–50°F range. When temperatures drop below 45°F, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Although we rarely experience lows below 45°F, it can happen during the winter months. Thanking and Big Birthday!

Our first time celebrating Thanksgiving away from home. My husband had a big birthday the day before Thanksgiving and we met our son and daughter-in-law in JAX beach to celebrate both. Great house. In Jacksonville for conference, this rental was great for our group. Beds were super comfy and outdoor area was perfect for socializing and meetings. Just a short 30 mins to downtown.

This house meet most of our needs for the trip. The amenities were just as they were shown in the pictures. Even though the home had been upgraded and updated it's still an older home and 2 of the 3 bathrooms are very small. Overall if I had to I would stay here again.

Successful graduation gathering

Everything was as pictured and more! This was a wonderful place to host a gathering for family and friends. This home is equipped with almost everything you will need. The neighborhood is friendly and feels close to everything. Although this home has a brand new air conditioning unit, it did feel warmer upstairs than we would have preferred but all in all it was ok. We would definitely stay here again, as the outside amenities provided so much fun and spaces for all our guests to enjoy. We never felt cramped or on top of each other. The property management team was A++++! They answer all your questions immediately while you’re not there and once you arrive they are quick to adjust any concerns. This was a lovely time for all and I would highly recommend booking it if you are having a large gathering. 😊

TPC Stay

Chose this spot because we were visiting family in Atlantic beach and going to TPC for the Players. The house was perfect for entertains although we did not have time to do so. Property was extremely clean and up to date. The staff was prompt, and lovely. Will definitely return next time!

Great house!

We had a great week at a fabulous house! Unfortunately the weather was not great but we still got to enjoy the heated pool and really enjoyed the putting green. House was close to everything and had everything we needed to enjoy our week. Staff was very responsive prior to our arrival and I highly recommend this listing! We will be back!!

Beautiful property close to the Mayo Clinic

This was a beautiful place to stay. It was clean and comfortable. The back yard was great and the pool was heated. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was close to the Mayo Clinic. We would definitely recommend it.

Excellent property!

We were in Jacksonville Beach for a wedding, two families stayed at this property. It was everything we needed - enough room for both families, the backyard was perfection. The pool is heated, there is so much to do just at the house. This was the best stocked rental I've ever stayed, they have everything you need. It's a quick drive to the beach, or a long walk if you are in the mood. If we are in Jacksonville Beach again, we would absolutely stay here again.

Jax Beach Golf Football weekend

We just completed a stay at this rental and we had a blast. The house is clean and neat and allowed us to enjoy ourselves in a comfortable home. The golf courses were 5 & 20 minutes away and we were 30 minutes to the football stadium. The pool was clean and heated the fire pit was great to hang around in the evening. If your looking for a house in the Jax Beach area give this one a try you won’t be disappointed.

Love what the deck and back yard offered for the family enjoyment, but the house lacks one thing - safety! Front entrance needs a hand rail as well as entrance to garage bedroom. Showers need grab bars. The deck edge needs a white or yellow strip. These safety measures protect you and your guests.
