As a guest, you will be staying on the Trail itself, with the opportunity to visit these significant locations mentioned in the Holistic Wealth book. You can learn about significant aspects of Jamaican heritage and culture, and experience firsthand the place where the journey to reach 1 BILLION WITH HOLISTIC WEALTH began.
5-7 DAY HOLISTIC WEALTH TRAIL SAMPLE ITINERARY
Your stay at the Holistic Wealth Retreat Villa places you directly on the Holistic Wealth Trail, with several landmark spots featured in Holistic Wealth Expanded and Updated book by Keisha Blair (Forward written by Actress Kelly Rutherford, star of Gossip Girl, Melrose Place, and Dynasty). Guests can walk the trail, visit the actual stops highlighted in the book, and immerse themselves into the story, culture, and natural beauty of the surroundings.
The Holistic Wealth Retreat Villa rests on almost ONE ACRE of land with mountain trails directly on the property and a variety of fruit trees for guests to pick fresh fruits and enjoy them straight from the garden. A private hiking trail at the back of the property leads directly to the mountains, allowing guests to explore the natural beauty and enjoy scenic walks right from your doorstep.
This sample 5-7 day itinerary blends meaningful moments on the Trail with some of Jamaica's most loved tourist attractions - from the Blue Mountains to the Blue Lagoon in Portland, Kingston's cultural treasures, and the Island's legendary beaches, it's designed to help you rest, explore, and reconnect.

DAY 1
Arrival and orientation at the Villa/Holistic Wealth Trail
- Check-in at the villa in Belvedere/Red Hills. Settle in, relax by the pool, enjoy mountain views and serenity.
- The area around the Villa is fully walkable and safe. Do a walking tour around the area. There are small shops to purchase food and supplies if needed.
DAY 2
Cultural and historical day with a Bob Marley Museum Tour and Devon House tour.
Drive from Belvedere to the Bob Maley Museum (approx. 10-15 Km or about 20 minutes). Tour the museum - a great immersion into Jamaican music, history and resilience and then head to Devon House to explore more shops, food and history (including world-famous ice-cream).
Return to the villa for rest, and reflection. Have a meal under the oversized gazebo with some pool time and meditation.
DAY 3
BLUE MOUNTAINS OR COFFEE PLANTATION TOUR - Early morning departure from the Villa to the Blue Mountains.
Check out PORT ROYAL and see the historic sites (Fortifications, harbour-side history). Have a meal at the Morgan's Harbour Hotel & Marina at the pier-side restaurant with harbour views and coastal ambience.
DAY 4
COASTAL ESCAPE - BLUE LAGOON (PORTLAND PARISH) - Spend the day swimming, kayaking, or just exploring the Blue Lagoon as mentioned in the Holistic Wealth book. The Blue Lagoon is famous for its striking blue-green waters, relaxing vibe, and stunning beauty.
If time permits, check out the FRENCHMAN'S COVE BEACH in Portland, known for its secluded cove, where a freshwater river meets the Caribbean sea, surrounded by lush, tropical vegetation.
DAY 5
NORTH COAST/SIGHTSEEING - BEACH FUN
Possibilities include Ocho Rios (Dunns River Falls), Trewlany or Montego Bay.
DAY 6
WEST COAST VISIT - Check out the Seven Mile Beach in Negril, famous for its long stretch of soft white sand, crystal clear water or head to Treasure Beach, St. Elizabeth.
DAY 7
Relax at the Holistic Wealth Retreat Villa and enjoy villa-style meals. Spend your final day (s), reflecting on the journey along the Holistic Wealth Trail, the places visited and the transformation - perfect for journaling, wellness.
