Beautiful hotel very clean, but I was on the first floor facing a bar which was very very loud at night. Thankfully, I had earplugs so I was able to sleep well. I did not receive any VIP benefits. Location is perfect and staff very friendly and kind.

Great hotel
Great hotel perfect for the Old Town Square and Christmas market. Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely breakfast. All in all fabulous for a city break.

Super hotel in a perfect area of the Old Town. End of November visit for the Christmas markets and it did not disappoint. Rooms are toasty with enough space and everything you need for a long weekend. Breakfast also great, in fact better than expected. Will be recommending to others. If in doubt don’t be, book it!

This was an excellent location for sightseeing, proximity to the train station, and shopping. Krakow Galeria is very nearby, as are many other shops and excellent restaurants. Very close to the Renaissance Marketplace Sukkenice, St. Mary's Church, and a short walk to the Jagellonian University. Nice breakfast buffet. Clean, well maintained. Pleasant and informative front desk staff. Would definitely stay here again.
