The Delfin two-bedroom apartment was an excellent fit for our quick trip to Bonaire. The place was large, with amenities such as a full kitchen, a large living/dining room, and a balcony. It is located adjacent to two pools, multiple restaurants, and the beach. The pace of this island is a little slower than Aruba but it was a welcome break. Being there over New Year's was a delight as we got to experience the wild and unexpected fireworks every night.

We loved the convenience of having to stay at a beautiful property with great dining options but the option to cook in our room too. We were shore diving all week and the convenience of having a dive shop with knowledgeable and friendly staff was a huge factor in our decision to stay here as well. This was our second but not last stay here at Delfins!

We had a wonderful stay at Delfins overall. The lobby area is lovely, accesses were easy and easy to find. The hotel provided beach towels welcome wine and cleaned the rooms regularly. The views from the beach and one of the restaurants are amazing and chairs very comfortable. Pools were lovely. Rooms were spacious in the 2 bedroom apartment. The staff at Dive Friends were kind and helpful, and we had a great experience in an assortment of dives. The biggest disappointment was that we had booked an ocean view room and from the picture it looked unobstructed when in reality it was on the ocean side of a building with a view of other buildings. The location is an easy access to town by car. We would have liked to have some more simple fare somewhere on premises but it was nice to have a kitchenette.

- Check in was horrible. Our bags were not dropped off for us upon arrival nor did we receive any help or assistance to our building. We were assigned to building E which is a little farther in the resort and was hard to locate so we end spent about 15 minutes trying to locate our apartment all while carrying our heavy luggages in the hot sun. -The place was very clean at all times but we booked the deluxe studio and was given a room with the toilet in the same please as the shower which was weird because each time we took a shower, the toilet would be drenched. - When we arrived, we were really hungry so we decided to grab a bite on the property. The experience wasn’t great. On top of it being overpriced, the staff were not attentive and we had to wave and flag them down for everything. The food portions were small with the exception or their burger. The only thing tasty were the fries. - since our food options were very limited we did go back to the restaurant and we had Rick be our server. He was great we just wish we got the same experience each time we went.

The expanse of the resort, how laid back it was & the immense size & style of pools were impressive as were the efficency & friendliness of all of the staff. Unfortunately the fine food restaurant was always fully reserved. The Brass Boer restaurant was quite good. The Senag was so so. We plan on annually returning.
