Nite staff unfriendly. Day staff n breakfast staff absolutely wonderful. Just work on the man on the nite shift. White male older. Asked about the ice makers. He said that they were all broken down. I Went to the 3rd floor anyways and it was working. 1 st floor was broke. They have fixed it all is good. Would stay again.

Was told at check in I could pay in cash at end of visit (if I have a credit card) as it was important not to charge my credit card. When checking out I was told no cash. So I’m in some trouble now as credit card will show full charge. Because of this I will never stay at a Best Western again.

Hotel is in a clean, seemingly safe, area with multiple dining and grocery options nearby. The front desk staff was very friendly and informative regarding the location and times for breakfast, WiFi password, etc. The halls smelled a bit like bleach but it’s not bad and I prefer that to a bad smell. The room itself (a king room) was very large with a big chaise lounge chair and a desk area with a rolling chair. The bed was surprisingly comfortable for a hotel and the bathroom and room were both spotless. There were also plenty of linens in the bathroom and 5 pillows on the bed. As a solo female traveler this hotel was exactly what I was looking for to feel safe and comfortable on my own.

I don't really think there was anything I didn't like, and I absolutely LOVED the room I had if I could afford it I wouldn't say its a bad spot to live at since there isnt much need for more than what I had.
