One block from the sand, our studio (which is attached to the rear of our house) has a private entrance and patio and a house cleaner every other week. Guests can take advantage of breathtaking views from our front and back patios where they can relax after a full day of beach going or sight seeing. Our studio has a comfortable queen bed and a bathroom with a shower and vanity with a double sink. It also has a kitchenette which is fully equipped with everything except a stove, although it does have a cook top, electric frying pan and crock pot. There is also a barbecue available on request. We are located on a corner lot in the Lower Hollywood Riviera. Our street is quiet and comfortable and on any given day you can interact with walkers, joggers, bikers, surfers and other passers by. If you like beautiful sunsets this is the place to stay.

Lovely beach stay
So close to the beach, walkable to eateries and stores, an efficiency with with almost everything you need in a fulll kitchen, and gracious hosts made this a very nice long term pad

5 Weeks in Paradise
Our winter get-away couldn't have been more perfect; the accommodations, location and hosts are all wonderful. The ocean, restaurants and groceries were within easy walking distance. We will stay here again.

Highly recommend this place
I stayed at this house for three months, and I highly recommend it based on the following: 1) Very responsive host; they would address any issue on time 2) Location; it is excellent that you are about 3 to 5 minutes walking to the beach. 10-15 minutes to downtown (Village) 3) The studio is clean, and they provide a cleaning service every other week 4) The view from the front porch or the backyard is great Finally, I highly recommend this; and I hope that I get an opportunity to go back again soon.

Amazing Stay
This property was perfect for our needs this Summer. The property managers are both very kind and attentive and usually around if you need anything. I truly had the best 4th of July sharing their porch and watching all of the fireworks throughout the bay and inland. We loved the location and the little town nearby. Their small freezer was perfect for our needs and surprised me how much fit inside. The only thing I really needed was a washer & dryer as our daughter plays beach volleyball. We loved and enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

Quiet Near-Beach Hideaway
I enjoyed my stay at the property. I was there a month and loved it’s access to the beach (walked there daily) and local shopping. Room was clean and service was excellent. Very quiet and restful. I didn’t use the cooking materials - other than the coffee maker and microwave.

Beautiful Stay!
This was the perfect suite for my 2 week stay in Redondo Beach - beautiful, quiet, and walkable neighbourhood, 5 minute walk to the beach and 15 minute walk to Riviera Village for groceries, coffee, dining. I rented a bike and enjoyed several days of cycling along The Strand, feeling like a local in no time! The suite is very high quality - very comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom, and spotless kitchenette. There is a large clothes closet, complete with beach chair, umbrella and beach towel. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, especially the private patio. Richard & Susan are wonderful hosts and were always available. I highly recommend this spot and will be back. I miss the spectacular ocean views!

Redondo Beach Stay
This is a really nice property in a great location. The room we stayed in didn’t have a view of the ocean but it did have two outside decks that afforded us some marvelous views. Also, it was only a short distance from the beach and we were able take some walks on the Strand while staying there. The hosts were gracious and helpful, when needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Perfect location!
What a great find! 5 minutes from my parents house, husband and I were visiting them for a long weekend, but wanted to have our own space/landing pad-this was a lovely treat! Super clean and updated, private entrance, like an extended stay suite (fridge, microwave, kitchen sink, dishes) with enough space to yoga stretch and steps to a million dollar view. Would have used the private patio, but it was December so too chilly for me. We met the owners briefly in passing who are really nice, wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. The view on the deck is amazing. We also walked to the beach (2 blocks) and watched the sunset the first night.
