Possible Credit Card Fraud
Upon check-in, they take a photo of your credit card (both front and back), make you write down your credit card number, expiration date, the zip code, and security code in their paperwork. I expressed my concern about doing this, and they said that is mandatory, otherwise you can't stay there. Two days later after checking out, there are over $800 of unauthorized charges. My credit card has been somehow cloned. This was the only place that I used my credit card in the past week. Is it a coincidence? Perhaps, the Capital One Credit Card fraud department will determine this. I don't know for sure if this place is the culprit, but I strongly advise that people stay away from "Stay City Apartments" (the company that runs this operation). I'm surprised that Expedia allows a company on their website that allows a company that operates with such insecure credit card operations.

Great location, but noisey
Noise from each apartment travels, which when there were 3 kids staying above us, running around til 10.30pm at night..... made for an uncomfortable and noisey stay. This was the only issue. Otherwise great location and has everything you need.

Great place in great location IF you don't mind...
The place was great. The only thing is it require much more communication and paper works to go through to communicate with the agent. Also you have to arrange the exact check in time to meet the agent to receive the key which is kind inconvenient for people coming from oversea to make international phone call with their cell phone.

awfull terrible, it was a nightmare
careful! this is not a hotel, if you arrive late night they charge you 40 usd before 12 and then 60 usd and so on, is a guy waiting for you to give you the key, is and apartment without any Security cameras, nor alarm was terrible really be carefull we thought it will be like westlake or other hotels that have those village for renting that has everything and is very good but this wasnt everything was old, just 1 room has air conditioning the other room has 2 beds but twins, no wifi nooooooo was terrible really in the 4 years that i had booked by expedia i havent meet so terrible situation was my first and hope my last time with this experience.

Spacious; close to West Hollywood attractions
The apartment was very spacious and close and convenient to our club destination. We were four people - a couple and two singles so we were able to spread out and claim our own sleeping spaces (bedrooms oe pull out couch). There was a big kitchen, laundry room, and big living and dining areas. There was only one bathroom with a very short as small shower, however. Luckily we worked together to not bump into one another. The parking is very tight and not always available. Our designated covered parking spot was occupied by an unknown vehicle so we had to take someone else's or try to find very precious street parking. But overall things worked out and we were able to enjoy ourselves and be comfortable and happy. Bridget met us out at the location and was very friendly and helpful. The checkin and checkout procedures are very straightforward, but detailed so make sure you follow their directions to the tee. Otherwise, we had a great stay and would recommend this apartment rental to others.

Great location near The Grove and Farmers Market shopping areas. Very nice place - vintage with lots of character. The garage for parking was great, parking in the neighborhood is always full!

No Customer Service !
I booked the room for some employees who would be working in the area. The job cancelled a few days before we were set to check it. When I booked I did see that there was a no cancellation policy. but life happens so I was hoping for some sort of help as I just paid $1000 for the week. They were unwilling to help out at all. So I paid for a full week on a room I was never in.
