Set in a quiet cul-de-sac in the beautiful Pinot Grove, this bespoke four bedroom holiday home is a getaway for families, groups, wedding parties and couples. Complete with a chef's kitchen, underfloor heating, fireplace, full-house air conditioning, spa, outdoor living, fire table and BBQ. Soak in the private spa on the generous deck or enjoy Pinot Grove's saltwater swimming pool and tennis court.

Open plan living, dining and kitchen with exposed truss ceilings, polished concrete floors. The dining table seats eight and the kitchen is complete including a double oven, double fridge with filtered water and ice, dishwasher, microwave and Jura Automatic Espresso Machine. Cool in the summer and warm in the winter, with underfloor central heating, gas fireplace, air conditioning in the living area and all four bedrooms.

The house is perfect for a gathering. Beautifully presented, with plenty of room. The kitchen area is large so you can cook your own meals. Spa pool and entertainment area outside. Only downside was the wi fi kept dropping off the streaming to the tv.

We stayed at Black Barn Modern for our wedding, the house is beautiful & well looked after. Exactly what I wanted for getting ready & being photographed in. It was a very hot Martinborough weekend so the aircon in each room was much needed. We loved our stay!

8 people from the same wine club in Hawke’s Bay decided to have a trip away in Martinborough. Our stay at Blackbarn Modern was lovely, very handy to everything a lovely area to explore and lots of lovely wine and food. Thoroughly recommend staying here.

Wonderful Winter Weekend

It is a lovely modern, warm and spacious home and perfect for a group. As it was cold and raining during our trip we appreciated this. A few things to improve on for perfection would be: the wifi connection is poor and although we reset the modem we experienced continued buffering. One of the bedroom headboards (navy) was covered in dust. Better quality pillows and sheets. Overall we had a lovely stay and would stay again.

Beautiful home with great facilities

Beautiful modern home with loads of space, great indoor-outdoor flow, all the streaming services you might need and access to a private community swimming pool and tennis court. The whole-house air-conditioning makes it ideal for toasty summer vacations. Very responsive service from the property owners. Highly recommended.

Absolutely stunning home, perfect location. I would highly recommend this place for sure. The tennis courts and pool looked fantastic although it was winter months so wasn't able to use, the spa pool was bliss and this home has amazing flow to the outdoors. It was super clean and the beds were so comfy.
