We stayed over Thanksgiving and agreed to no service on the holiday, but we received no housekeeping service the day after the holiday. We were offered free breakfast, but had to leave before the breakfast opened. No other offer was made. Not sure they lived up to the "make it right" slogan.

No Breakfast

Pros: One of the nicest bathrooms I've seen outside of a high roller suite in Vegas
Cons: Provide free coffee service in the lobby.
Location: Outlet mall across the street was nice, but a madhouse on Thanksgiving evening and black Friday.
Really nice place, but for the price you'd think they would at least provide free coffee service in the lobby.
