This vacation home is a semi-detached 3-room house that spans 80 m2 over 2 levels. The furnishings are both practical and rustic. The living/dining room is equipped with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and a flat-screen satellite TV. From this room, you can exit to the garden. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine. There is also a dining table in the kitchen area.

Moving up to the upper floor, please note that there is a steep stair. Once you are up there, you will find a walk-through room with a 160 cm French bed. There is also a room with three 80 cm beds. The shower/bidet/WC is located on this floor. Please note that there is no heating option in this vacation home.

On the outside, there is a terrace and a porch. The terrace is furnished with terrace furniture, a barbecue, and four deck chairs. From the terrace, you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the countryside, the ocean, and the Riviera della Versilia. You will also find a reserved parking area for two cars at the house.
