1. I tried calling the hotel several days before our trip with some questions I was put on hold for an hour when I finally gave up and hung up. 2. We arrived at 4:05 and were told they were short staffed and have not completed cleaning the rooms. By 9:30 there were still a number of people without rooms including an 85 year old woman on oxygen that had been waiting since 4:30. Where was the GM while his hotel lobby was full of guests sitting around on the lobby floor waiting for their rooms? At home. I did not get into my room until 11 at night! 3. I booked an ocean view. While waiting for my room, I overheard several complaints that the guest did not get the room they booked. The women at the counter told them they were not guaranteed a room with a view and it was the booking agent’s problem. I find it hard that all these booking sites got it wrong! Find the problem, fix the problem! 4. Our room was next to the maid’s closet and every morning at 8 am they would be out their banging their carts and talking loudly. They have walkie-talkies that you can hear all the way down the hall. I had to several times ask them to keep it down over the week we were there. 5. Unfriendly team members. I stayed five nights and out of all the team members I walked past only three greeted me. They did refund me about $113 back because of the delay in getting my room. I find their customer service appalling! The hotel is severely lacking management.

The staff was rude, the hotel room was shabby, the pool was disgusting and I paid for an ocean front room and didn't get one

Loved the location to the beach. Staff was very nice! I believe they did the best they could to keep people safe with the current COVID situation.

Great ocean views and great location. There are lots of fun places to grab a bite to eat within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to a return visit soon.

It was the dirtiest hotel I ever stay in. They don’t even come and clean the room or put towels and shower supplies. This hotel should be call a motel instead of a resort. The front desk lady who checked me in was so rude, she didn’t answer my questions when I ask and she was talking to herself the whole time I was standing there. No welcome or enjoy your stay. I thought I was in a different world. Stay away from this hotel. Oh it’s says no smoking in the building but the whole hotel smells like weed the 2 days we stayed in.

Thanks for taking the time to write this review, we apologize for the guests who chose to break the no-smoking policy. we do our best to keep up with enforcing the rules, though some people have no respect for others. We will also work with our front desk agents to ensure they are being friendly and open to answer questions

The beds are old spring mattress and very uncomfortable, breakfast was bland, parking was hard to find open spots at night. The location and view was about the only thing that made it enjoyable.
