Loved The pool

Really like staying here close to everything we need it. The pool was amazing over 8 feet deep which was exciting for me. It was clean the only thing I wish I had a different was an extra lock on the door, but that’s just me. :)

We arrived in Nashville at 730 pm. Location dark and didnt look like pictures. Door lock code wouldn’t work. We tried for over two hours to reach the host with no response. We were finally able to get through customer service after 5 attempts and a 40 min phone wait This gentleman was helpful and we are supposed to get full reimbursement. We got a hotel

We put in the code to enter the property.. the door opened but the keypad was blinking NEEDS BATTERY!! It took me some time to get a hold of owner.. We had to wait 1 hr and 20 minutes for someone to come and reset the alarm and change batteries.. this could have been avoided if batteries were maintained. Owners were late, we were very hungry.. my sister got a headache.. They didn’t offer any kind of special sorry gift.. . Again very cute and clean apartment.. but we had issues checking in..that caused stress.. Loved the location..

First trip to Nashville. Excellent location, quiet at night but with some eateries around and a Publix supermarket. Kitchen was well stocked with all the tools you'd need as well as some staples (probably left by previous guests but it's always a bonus). Was perfect for what we needed.

Studio was lovely, as described, and in a great location - close to 12 South and convenient to Public, etc. The parking lot was tight, and full, but wouldn’t dissuade me from booking again.

Cute one bedroom efficiency

This is a motel turned into apartments. The property was very clean in a nice neighborhood (Berry Hill) with convenient parking. One big room with a full sized refrigerator and stove. Pull out sofa bed that is really only appropriate far smallish children. Cleaning fee is as much as the rental.
