Hotel has some repairs and upgrades needed. TV faded in brightness. Loose hardware sitting on the floor. Bathroom faucet was old and rusty. Not impressed for one night $409.00 expense. Bed was comfortable.

It was extremely hot the entire time we were there they could not turn on the air. They asked us to open our windows. We ended up leaving our door propped open during the day when we were in the hotel room just to get some airflow ended up getting two fans just so we could sleep at night, it was miserable. The staff was very kind this facility needs an overhaul. I will never stay there again.

Terrible beds.
The beds were terrible. I booked a trip for a girls get away in New York and when we finally got our rooms the beds felt like you were sleeping on a rock. We all woke up with severe back pain and it was the worst hotel I have ever been in. I will never stay there again.

don’t even think about it
READ THE REVIEWS. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! 1st time writing a review but want to warn fellow travelers. Stayed in midtown hotels through the years & cannot fathom how disappointed we were with our stay! The hotel is old & rundown, but I can excuse that. However, the rooms are SO HOT that you cannot sleep at night. There is no way to control temperature in the room, it is central and much too warm (see all the complaints). The A/C is disconnected for the winter, so you cannot cool it down & the room has no air movement. If you use the thermostat for the fan, it produces additional HEAT! Front desk tells you to hope the weather cooperates & open a window. It was 25 degrees last night & still HOT! If you open a window (& listen to the street noise), air would be blocked by the drapes. Even opening the drapes (so the sun wakes you up) depends on an updraft to get any airflow. Fan sent up had black mold! A 4-night stay with little sleep is unacceptable. Staff just says the hotel is old & no one is fixing anything. Yet when I looked at the reviews the management responds that they are addressing it - yet this is mentioned over & over & over, so clearly they do not care. In addition to A/C being listed as an amenity, the website lists the bar (even a drink of the month), a restaurant and a breakfast buffet. ALL CLOSED SINCE COVID! So what the heck are you holding $100/night for? You can’t charge anything, there’s no room service! And a resort fee! UNBELIEVABLE! UNACCEPTABLE!
