This property is run down and not clean. Only one elevator was working and it took 20 minutes just to use it. Kids were running around the fitness center until midnight with no supervision. It was chaotic and not relaxing. I would not recommend it.

We apologize for the inconvenience of the elevator, unfortunately a mechanical issue occurred and it was in the best interest of safety to shut down the one. Safety was 1st priority. There's staff walking & monitoring the halls throughout the night.

Nice hotel, on the water, Sadly they choose to nickle and dime you to death, no breakfast, charged us to park. Ridiculous

Rooms are okey, frontdesk staff can be more pleasant i cant say they rude but definitely feel better if they are little more pleasant and welcoming , for sure
