Mattress had what looked like a big blood stained. Hairs found on “clean towels”. Dirty sock found in between made bed. Homeless person in public washroom sleeping for a full day and couldn’t use the washroom. Pool was freezing cold as it shared water with an outdoor pool in the winter. When I informed the hotel they said not much they can do. about it. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

Was not impressed at all with check in. Arrived at 4:10pm as was instructed check in was anytime after 4pm. Wasn't able to get into the room until almost 5:45 due to it "not being ready". Either hire more staff to clean or don't over book if you can't turn rooms over in time for guests checking in

I loved walking into the room and seeing the kissing swan towels. The accessories such as the lamps and furniture were super cute and modern. The jacuzzi was just what we needed.
