The property was dirty and damaged and the GM did everything to avoid giving us the refubd ge promised after putting us in a smaller room then we had requested

I had my room paid for way in advanced for a king sized bed. The heat was not working and when I called about it they told me that room was supposed to be “out of order” because they knew the heat wasn’t working. I was then put into a double room. The heat worked but now I was put into a room with a smaller and extra bed I didn’t want. Also, the elevator wasn’t working the entire time I was there. When I had to switch rooms I had to bring everything down stairs and then back up stairs myself.

The person behind the desk was a great help to me and my family..... Other than that room 112 was one of the worst rooms i ever went in room smelled real bad like chlorine / bleach broken furniture... Got put in another room and that was alot better

Didnt like how i was charged for my room twice, once though Travelocity and then once from the place itself since the hotels cmalimed to never get my booking even tgo i had the proof and it was already paid for

The whole building smelled musty. Our room had such an overpowering smell that we couldn’t stay 2 nights as intended. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Horribly under-staffed. When checking in room was dirty and still had vacuum cleaner in room. Other guests in line, in front of me with similar problems. You should limit available rooms to match your ability to service them.

Building reeks of dirt and filth. Staff was ok but the change of guard was not friendly at all. Too expensive for the condition of hotel. Chair in lobby was ripped and sun damaged. Sounds of a loud washing machine on spin cycle was continues beneath our 3rd floor room. As you walked down the hallway, there were 2 rooms that were open and seemed vacant. I’d give this place a 2 star rating 👎 I’ll be calling best western tomorrow.

Sorry that your stay didnt go as planned. We are currently in the process of making renovations throughout the whole facility. We will be upgrading all rooms and furniture over the winter and early spring. Please give us another chance in the future and come stay with us again.
