The Perch is a fantastic getaway!

We had a lovely stay! The Perch offered a fabulous view of the Inter-coastal Waterway and was a quiet place to rest and relax. Sandra was a wonderful hostess and we enjoyed her stories of the area. My family of 4 stayed here for a few days vacation at the beach. We had plenty of space, great beds, and a workable kitchen. Although it wasn’t right on the beach, it was nice to be away from the beach-goers and enjoy the quiet woods. Sandra was delightful and very responsive to any questions we had.

A Pleasant Stay

It is a home in which the upstairs has been converted into an apartment. It is a very peaceful and private setting and the living quarters are well cared for. The only disadvantage is that you are 1.5 miles from the Community Center (and beach) and you have to take the causeway over to Ocean Isle Beach (no biking). Still, I would stay there again.
