Bed was suppose to be King bed. It was Queen size. A ball of human hair in bathroom under sink counter. Spray foam everywhere covering holes in bathroom. No breakfast as posted in Hotel books found at Florida visiter center. Pool closed. It looked black. Check in took 50 minutes. Hotel didnt receive confirmation. We had Travelocity confirmation. They didnt have it. Need i say more?

Very nasty cockroaches all over the place they hold 100usa as a deposit that is supposed to be returned to it back to the end of the booking it has been 3 weeks already still waiting. Microwave full of cockroaches, I pay for and specific room but someone else was in that room already when back to complain about it and they give me another room completely different

So when i contacted the hotel they had said it had beach access and also it was okay for an elderly person I get there there's people smoking marijuana in the hallways people standing around very dirty environment then when I asked that I wanted to get my money back they made a big deal about it so I will never be going back there again and I would like my deposit refunded ASAP

I liked it's location and the lady at the front d sk was courteous but otherwise I would not return or encourage anyone to stay at this facility. There was posted police department notice at the entrance that the deemed the hotel a nuisance property, our room was dark and musty, there is a major roach problem and they seem to attract a problematic clientele.

COVID prohibited us from checking in and we were not able to cancel. We were fully charged and never even made it to Florida!!
