Really nice apartment but outdated property
The apt. Itself was really nice, maybe not kid friendly as it’s “nice” and the floors/stairs when wet from pool are VERY slippery. The apt is right by the pool and that’s nice during the day but not so quiet at night when kids try to sleep. The grounds were not as nice the pool was big but was rough on the bottom and inside and it cut up my kids feet and legs while they swam. The “restaurant “ ton site here is not really a restaurant. It had 1 or 2 options usually from a list of 10 offered. It was really a bar that could make whatever they had in their freezer. The location is nice and mins from restaurants, groceries, beaches. The staff were very nice to work with too.

I enjoyed my stay. The apartment was cozy and lived up to picture expectations. Property manager and house keeper kept in touch and were available to answer questions when necessary. Overall I had a great stay.

The location was central to all the emanates. The environment/ people warm hospitable.
I would rent this property in a heart beat. The property is every thing you see on line. Very modern, it has everything you need for your comfort. Very modern decor, very boogie.

Would not recommend to anyone.
The property is very rundown in comparison to the photos that are shown online. There were roaches in the property and the owners told us that we should go and source bug spray for ourselves . The sheets that were provided were old and had stains as well as holes in them. When I communicated this to the owner he said that he would sort it out when in fact he charged us for the sheets when they were in the same condition that we found them. The air-conditioning in the bedroom was not working properly and sometimes would not turn on. The Internet was also down for a long period of time and when we called to find out we was not given clear answers we was told that the Internet everywhere was down but when I asked people in other apartments they said that there is was fine so we feel like maybe the owners did not pay for the Internet as yet. We were left without Internet for three days which was very inconvenient as we was unable to reschedule flights that had been cancelled due to this inconvenience.

Awesome place to stay!
Fantastic place, great location, great Host, very clean and modern apartment. Staff on site were very friendly and helpful. The Property is well maintained and has all the amenities that you would need for a comfortable stay. The only reason I would not recommend this property is so it is available for me when I want to return to Ochi. Lol...... would highly recommend this property.
