The house and property were lovely. Our room was very comfortable. The continental breakfast that was included in our nightly rate had more options than expected. Many guests tended to congregate and chat in the breakfast area which was very pleasant. The owner, Tina, was terrific!

The Bourne B&B (B3) is everything that one hopes to find in a small B&B. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The common area has a fireplace, comfortable seating, and is the perfect place to meet other guests and make new friends. In warm weather, the front porch is a real bonus. Breakfast is a very "upscale" continental with fresh cut fruit and pastries. While "B3" is not right on the water, it is strategically located away from Route 1, very near Shore Road, and halfway between Perkins Cove and the corner of Route 1 and Beach Road. We parked our car and walked to nearly everyplace in Ogunquit. Jimmy, Co-Owner and Manager, was genuinely friendly and helpful. He really cares about his guests. Great location, great service, great people! We hope to return soon.
