The Space:

Kick back, relax, and soak in epic Gulf views from this beachfront beauty designed for good vibes and max comfort. Every detail is set up for laid-back luxury, making it the ultimate spot to unwind after a day in the sun.



The Living Room is all about cozy meets coastal, with floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open up to jaw-dropping Gulf views. A sectional sleeper sofa and two plush chairs (plus an ottoman for extra chill space) are perfectly set up for kicking back, watching the 70” TV, or just gazing at the waves.



Flowing into the Dining Room, you'll find seating for six, so you can feast with a killer Gulf view as your backdrop. Both spaces spill out onto the Gulf-front balcony, where loungers and a table with chairs make it easy to sip your morning coffee or toast to another epic sunset.

Description was right. Condo was nice and it was clean. Only negative would be the kitchen could use some additional utensils and pots and pans if youre planning to cook. Also, the wait for an elevator is brutal on Saturday, a little better on Sunday. Overall, it was a great vavcation!

Enjoyed the stay

The overall stay was amazing. Only 2 negatives.....not enough elevators, often waited 15 minutes if you had beach stuff, luggage, groceries, ect. Not enough poolside chairs but with all the beach room, that is probably not a priority for most folks. Staying at the Oasis was worth the extra money in my opinion and we are already planning a stay when we return next year.

Loved our stay!

This property was perfect for our young family! (kids 1, 2, & 4) there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets available to make a makeshift bed bumper so my 2 year old was able to sleep in a “big boy bed”. This was one of the cleanest properties we’ve ever stayed at. When staying on the beach I usually expect to find sand inside but there truly was none. The only downside was the exterior door does not childproof lock. (It unlocks as soon as you turn the handle) which was remedied by moving a barstool in the way for extra safety! And there is no draft guard (which is the same in every unit due to draft from beach) but hallway noise could be heard easily, but it was not excessive. The elevators are extremely fast and it’s easy to get down to the pool and beach quickly. There were always available chairs by the pool and space at the beach to put up your own umbrella or rent an umbrella and chairs (which is worth it). We loved the entire area and will definitely be back.

Beautiful condo.

We had a great week. Check in/check out were seamless. We utilized the fitness center, indoor/outdoor pools, basketball courts, tried to use sauna/hot tubs but under repair. I was confused about wifi bc I received a password but it was unsecured wifi. We ran out of TP and when I messaged I got no response - had to buy our own. Beach is beautiful. The view from the balcony is amazing. Loved it and would definitely come back.

Oasis fun

Had a wonderful stay at the oasis!!!! Beautiful property and so clean. Location was perfect/right in the middle of everything. Will definitely stay at this property again. Parking was the only issue with 3 families in one unit but the checkin desk kindly gave is info on parking offsite

The good with the bad

The unit was very nice and we enjoyed the balcony very much. The kitchen could have been outfitted a little more, lacking a few necessities. Only 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom (pretty skimpy) to say that it sleeps 8/10 people. You run out of paper pretty quickly. I would not stay at this complex again (it’s a shame because the unit was nice) due to over crowding. The pools were full, the lazy river crowded and the water was murky. The elevators (6) on every floor were always full to capacity. We had to wait many times 20 minutes or longer from 1st floor and to 15th floor coming and going.

Beautiful Condo

Phoenix West II is a wonderful place to vacation with family. Our 3 grandchildren not only enjoyed the beach but the large indoor pool and 4 hot tubs were very nice especially in cool evenings. They also enjoyed the lazy river with curly slide!

Great Condo

The condo was great. Great location. Very spacious and loved having 4 bathrooms. The elevators are really really slow. Only complaint was they need more silverware. Not enough forks for everyone at dinner. Highly recommend if you need lots of space.

Great Condo

This was a great condo. It was huge and had plenty of room for the seven of us that stayed which was nice because we spent a bunch of time in there with all the rain. The condo is well stocked and was available on time. The complex had decent amenities, but be prepared to walk up and down the stairs, the wait times for elevators was terrible some days. I would stay here again though.

Great condo in a very good location. The beach was a bit overcrowded each day, but I guess that’s to be expected. Loved the temporary storage offering which saved multiple trips lugging umbrellas up and down the elevators each day. The elevators were way overcrowded with a 20+ minute wait each afternoon after around 4-5pm. Lazy River and pools were great! All in all - A great stay!

Great for large family

Condo was very spacious and decorated nicely. Property was great with no complaints. This is a great condo and property for a large family. Plenty to do and comfortable layout. Master shower is very nice with his and hers shower heads. Extra bedrooms are at other end of condo so we were able to sleep while the kids stayed up late. Minor things that didn’t affect the quality of our stay at all: wish there was a bit more attention to the kitchen amenities. Knives were all dull and there were no spices at all (not sure we had salt and pepper). Had a bit of trouble with the Wi-Fi and dish in bedroom - directed to call provider. That’s fine but could’ve been avoided with a little better in room instructions. Toilet in master is old and seat is damaged. Had an issue with flushing part during stay which was quickly handled. Would have preferred notification of the maintenance visit as we weren’t in the condo but pleased with the quick response. Outlets next to bed in master on both sides only have 1 working plug. I would highly recommend this condo. Any ‘issues’ were very minor and overall it was a great stay!

Great beach getaway for the whole family!

We wanted to get away with the family prior to our baby being born in July, and this was perfect for our whole group. We had 8 adults and 2 children, and there was plenty of space - we probably could’ve had a few more people if we had used the pullout couch. With such a big group, it was nice having four bathrooms! Everything was as pictured and described - would definitely return and recommend to anyone!

Good Friends, Good Place, Good Food, Great Week

Been to OB 20+ times. This was the best place I've stayed in. Clean, comfortable, relaxing. Our friends who stayed with us go to Destin area. This was their first visit to OB. They loved it and will be back.
