This house completed in April 2009 is furnished to the highest quality and has that 'luxury' feel to everything.

It is fitted out with all modern conveniences and has the benefit of a private SOUTH WEST facing pool and Lanai area.

The family room is fitted with a 50' TV and SONY Blu-ray DVD home entertainment system which also allows you to pair your Smart devices using bluetooth technology to play your music etc. The games room is equipped with an 8 foot Pool Table, 7 foot Air Hockey Table, XBOX One c/w selection of games, 42' Plasma TV, 2 gaming chairs and a full size arcade game with 125 games !!

All bedrooms have flat screen TV's apart from Themed Bedrooms which have TV/DVD combo themed TV's

March break 2024
Our family of 10 ( three generations) had a great stay here in Kevin’s villa. Check in was easy. The location of this villa is ideal- south facing and very private, no other houses behind it. Inside the villa was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The bedrooms were nicely decorated and the beds were comfy. We spent a lot of our time in or around the pool. We used many of the amenities of the Windsor Hills community, the large pool and water park, the gym, the basketball court, the putting green and the playgrounds. We had some minor issues but they were dealt with by the management company. We would definitely stay here again.

Spring Break Stay
We had a great stay at Kevin’s place for spring break during the first week of March of 2024! The place was exactly as listed, conveniently located very close to a Walmart and all of the places we visited while there, (Disney, Legoland and Seaworld) were not a far drive, aside from the Orlando traffic. We did have a few hiccups when we first arrived. The alarm code didn’t work for us as described in check in. We called the management company and they finally gave us another code to try worked to get the alarm to stop going off. It was as though the alarm was never reset with our specific code because the one given specifically to us for our stay, just wouldn’t work. Thankfully, we left it alone the rest of the stay and it was fine! At this point after dealing with the alarm issue, we realized the AC upstairs was not getting cool. I got in touch with Maria at the management company and they quickly got someone out to look at it that night. They wound up having to replace the whole upstairs unit which put us without AC for two days but that was just an unfortunate event that was no one’s fault. The house is equipped with lots of fans so it was fine. Maria and Kevin both kept me updated and handled it as quickly as they could. Kevin gave us a refund for the first night of our stay, as well, which was very appreciated and unexpected. He was a great host even being located so far away. The management company was easy to work with handling all of our issues when needed.

Better than a hotel!

Perfect spot
We loved this vacation home. We have rented in Windsor Hills before, it is literally just a couple of miles from the theme park entrance and so convenient to restaurants, grocery and other shops. The home is more beautiful inside in person than in the pictures. I traveled with teens and a couple of friends, and there was plenty of space for us to be together and each room was private when you wanted to get away and have time alone. The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of pots and pans and utensils for cooking. The pool was great. Tiles around the hot tub needed to be scrubbed, but other than that, we found the house perfect for our needs. We will definitely be back. Thanks for sharing this home with us! ❤️

Location and plenty of room
Our family stayed at this property for a short universal vacation. Good location, close to theme parks. We had plenty of room. My sons really enjoyed the game room and I played a little pool with them. If I had one thing negative to say it would be the mattress in the master was a little too firm for me, but that may not matter to others. The owner gave all information needed for our stay. Great stay
Felt like home! Very nice setting, had lots of room for 8 of us. Only thing I would change would be the a/c. We couldn’t turn it lower than 74, too warm for our liking. We are from Texas, our a/c is everything to us lol. But the community felt very safe…very beautiful area and beautiful home.
