LIVE YOUR DREAM AT THIS NEW VACATION HOME ! THIS VILLA IS TRULY A HIDDEN TREASURE.
With central air, a large pool with a waterfront view, and no more than a ten minute drive to the happiest place on earth, this Florida home is a must! This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is fully furnished with additional feature including a large screened in lanai pool, no extra cost laundry machines, and a flat screen television. The home has two twin beds, a queen, and a king size bed. The three bedrooms include end tables with drawers, & dressers. Access to the pool is available via the bathroom, living room, and from the Queen size bedroom. Outside - the view from the pool is breathtaking! You'll be glad you didn't miss this one and so will Mickey Mouse! A 24 hour Walmart Supercenter is at the end of the block at the left, right where you would turn into the estate from the main highway containing all major restaurants, theme parks, & attractions Central Florida has to offer.

Our villa is the perfect combination of wanting to be close to the excitement of all the attractions Central Florida has to offer and then coming home to unwind in peace and quiet. This home is located in a neighborhood that is a tropical oasis. You are 10 minutes from the happiest place on earth and you can relax in a beautiful screened in lanai that over looks a lake. There are ducks and other wildlife strolling by to enjoy. You can also fish there. At the end of the block less than a mile away is Rte.192 that boasts family restaurants and high end as well. There are so many choices you'll have trouble deciding. Entertainment of all types is abundant. Flyers are available at the villa to help you and we are a phone call away to answer any questions you may have. We have street security for your safety and we truly hope you decide to stay at our magical villa!!

INUNDATED with Ants...Do Not Recommend!!
We have stayed in a number of Vrbo's, unfortunately this is the first time I've ever had to write a negative review. We were a day late in arriving to the property due to a snow storm. Upon entry house had a very stale smell. Queen bedroom had little spider like bugs scurrying all over it. There was a dead frog on the side of the bed. Management came the next morning, sprayed to no avail. The house is INUNDATED with mini ants. Everywhere....kitchen counter walls. Bathroom counter, walls, toilet, tub, shower, all over our toiletries, toothbrushes, crawling on my shirt as i was getting ready. We had to spray to kill them every morning and everytime we returned from a day out. We had to go out and buy our own as the bottle of raid was empty in the laundry closet. They were relentless. Cooper did offer a 3 day refund if we left in 2nd email, but unfortunately we hadnt brought extra $ to find a new place to stay or had the time to find open availability elsewhere. We had an agenda and plans as most people do while on vacation. We made the most of it, for the sake of our vacation.The long and the short of it, we cannot recommend this property, unless you like insects.

True to the description, this villa was quiet, clean and comfortable. To the rear was a wooded area which provided the opportunity to sit by the pool and watch and listen to the wildlife which lived there - we spent a few evenings trying to identify the different sounds!. We only visited the Universal theme parks...about 35mins away with the traffic, but Disney is closer. The Walmart at the end of the road is very handy. The villa would benefit from some pool toys for younger kids, the wifi was unreliable on occasions and the lock on the door to the pool was poor. On the whole though, a good base for your Floridian exploits.

Orlando retreat
We had a wonderful time staying here. The house was so cute. We took advantage of the pool after long days at the the AAU National Volleyball tournament and theme parks. We felt very comfortable and at home! Everything was so easy from booking to check in to having access to all things Orlando offers. Everything was a short drive away!

Lovely villa in Kissimmee
We had a lovely stay at Cooper and Gretchen’s place in Kissimmee. The villa had everything the we needed and communication, key instructions, what to do when we arrived etc. with the owners was great. It’s around a 20 minute drive to all the Disney parks, and was a very relaxing place to come back to after a full on day in Disney. We hired a car from Orlando International and we’re at the property in around 30 minutes. Overall it was a great place to stay for a family of 4 with a 14 and 11 year old. Walmart at the end of the road v convienient too. Thanks for a lovely stay 😊

Don’t get fooled by the description of the rainforest (which ended up being plastic birds on a shelf). The pictures online also show what appears to be a water view outside the pool area. Nope, that’s in the neighbors backyard. House served its purpose though. Would not stay again. Overpriced for what we could have gotten elsewhere with an actual heated pool and hot tub.

Our stay is this property was beyond expectations. It is in a quiet and peaceful location and The wildlife and view of the reserve behind property makes it even more enjoyable. The Owner (Mr Cooper) always communicated with me when I needed to ask a question. I definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a nice and quiet vacation with your spouse/family. Trust me you would not regret it.

A gem in a great location
Communication from start to finish was first class. The property itself is great - spacious and v.well equipped. The pool area is brilliant & private, the kids loved it and the whole area nice a quiet, but a short distance from everything you need. Condition of property is good, beds comfy and clean... Showers could do with a bit of TLC, but that's about it and nothing major, perfectly serviceable.
