nothing worked ice machines do not work hot tub dose not work cant get room clean but once every 3 days have to go to front desk to get new towels you still have to pay resort fees but don't receive any thing extra for them. I don't usually write a review but when you expect standard services and don't even get them for what you pay I was very disappointed this is not what they show you online the walls to the room are like paper thin you can almost make out everything the person next door is talking about

The hotel was okay. I’ll be honest I didn’t get no cleaning in my room. And cleaning was paid. The only reason I stay in the hotel was because the tiki bar people made me feel like home. Great people. Awesome service.. and definitely will go back to visit them..

Decent place for a good price. Good breakfast included with stay. Pool is nice. Rooms are pretty good. Clean but shower is not hot. I would stay here again. Staff is super nice

This was supposed to be a quality suites and when I got there it was a Mi Casa. It was dirty. The toilet was cracked. The towel rack was falling off the wall. The pool was closed. Totally outdated. The front desk worker was rude. Needed a manager and was never contacted. I was never contacted that the hotel switched from Quality Suites to Mi Casa! Worker barely spoke English. I did not feel safe AT ALL. Looked like a hotel that you find trafficked children and women in! Decided to ask for a refund, was not given, despite all of this. Will never book with Travelocity again. Don’t go to Mi Casa!!!
