False advertisement of property.
I have rented through other companies for 10 years this was the worst property, rental company was unprofessional, called the after 6pm number listed on contract no return calls...i will never rent from C & F Rental again....falsely advertised of conditions of property.....carpet filthy, vertical blinds missing panels, one shower wasn't working, screened in lanai had a door that was literally off the hinges, that could have fell and hurt one of the guest....posting pictures soon. Check in was at 4 pm, i was sent the wrong access code couldn't get into property until 8pm, after calling the emergency number listed for almost 3 hours nobody called us back finally somebody texted me the correct access code, we're outside with food and luggage, and i get a text....then the next i called the office i was told to send pictures, after i sent the pictures i received a email stating it didn't show anything that would interfere with our stay, what an insult that was, if we wanted to stay in a cheap hotel we could have because this property was equivalent to a cheap hotel...VRBO needs to research some of these properties and implement a cancellation policy that is fair to paying consumers when a property is not what is shown online..pictures will be posted soon.

NO AC!!!!! NOT CLEAN!
When we arrived the upstairs temp was 89 but felt a lot hotter and very stuffy. We all had to sleep downstairs. The next day they came by and fixed it but it only cooled for one day. We stayed 6 nights and only two of those nights were tolerable. There was only one good pan. No baking pans. The property says it sleeps 15 but there were only 12 towels, no wash clothes. There were beer bottle around the pool. Only one roll of toilet paper in each restroom. Most of the outlets don't work. There aren't any fans or lights in the bedrooms, only lamps. The floors were sticky and it wasn't cleaned very well. When I asked to be compensated since most nights all 12 of us had to sleep downstairs (all bedrooms are upstairs) they said no because I stayed in the house the entire stay. I guess they expected me to pay for an additional vacation house and hope for a refund. OVERALL VERY UNHAPPY!!!

The property was very good but the sheets on the bed in the master bedroom had not been changed-obvious by stains on sheets, the pots and pans were not very clean, and the ice maker was jammed and had not been cleaned out (a frozen soda was left in the ice maker from previous occupants).

Great stay, will be back for sure
Last year my family and i vacationed at another Bella Vida home, this yr that house was not available and am so glad it wasn't, because 220LF was amazing. The house is nicely decorated and all was very clean. I only had an issue with the tv service and next day it was fixed. All else was great. Very thankful for our time away and will start our plan to go back to 220FL. Its.a.great house, with lots of space.
