Worst place I ever been to in 50 years

There wa biodiesel stains on the bed, there was mold in the shower, missing blinds, the couch was filthy as was the carpet. You guys should check out these places. There was a 3.5 stars. No way. I will think twice before booking with you guys every again. The best thing was the front desk guy refunded my money after seeing the pic.

Outdated

Rooms are spacious but furniture is damaged and warned there's a cleaning fee pool area is outdated and television in bedrooms are extremely small 19 inches

I love this resort....It's so relaxing

I've stayed here 4 times in the last 3 months.....it's my getaway from work and all the stress.....employees treat you so well especially front desk and housekeeping....my only problem I wish the pool was 24hrs instead of until 11pm that would awesome

Nice place

I wanted a nice two bedroom place to stay and this was excellent. Nice space full kitchen was a plus. The wifi didn't work very well but I made due. All in all I will stay here again.

This place was amazing! Rooms were beautiful!

Pros: Everything!
We enjoyed our experience at this hotel. Our room was like a nice luxury apartment with flat screen tvs, garden tub and a large bathroom. We love the pool too! Our family will return to this hotel!

Give it a chance!

I went on a trip with 2 other people and we were on a tight budget and decided to book this hotel. After I had booked it and looked at all the bad reviews I started doubting my future stay at the resort. I was even finding other hotels to stay at because I didn't want to give this one a chance. I was about to cancel but I didnt because it fit my budget perfectly. I booked a 2 bedroom hotel. Once we got to the resort the woman in the front desk whom I forgot to ask her name was very friendly. She greeted me and took my info. Once we got to the room, we noticed how spacious the rooms were! We had a full kitchen and big fridge, dishwasher and laundry machines. Our living room was cozy and the master bedroom was my room and it was huge. The only negative thing I have to say that I want this hotel to focus on is housekeeping and mantience. It could be a little more cleaner and the interior on the hotel was outdated. The windows by the elevator on the 4th floor were filthy. If the resort could focus more on that then it could be a 4 star hotel. They should also offer breakfast too. But overall, give this resort a try. It's literally 15 mins from Disney and it's located in a very quite place. I had a great time and would stay here again.

Beautiful area, good staff, spacious room, but...

Pros: Spacious rooms, nice surroundings, and even a balcony with covering from the outside bugs and what not.
Cons: The parking garage was not bad, but some improvements could be nice. I had a big vehicle, so I had some manuvering issues.
Location: Food was not far, malls were not extremely far, and attractions were relatively close.
Everything was great from the area to the room, but if you are staying longer than 2 days be prepared to do a little extra than a normal hotel. You will have to wash your own towels after day two or pay for more (There is a washer/dryer). Some other room items are pay per use after what is already in the room. There is not even a continental breakfast, and that is okay. The wifi does not reach up to the 3rd Floor. Otherwise spacious rooms, nice surroundings, and even a balcony with covering from the outside bugs and what not.

Big place, starting to wear out.

This is a condo type residence that seems to be completely rented out by the day. It's 20 min from Disney which is convenient. The building is not near anyplace you can walk to, you feel like the GPS might be wrong as you approach the place because it's located by itself. The rooms themselves are big with high ceilings. There is a master bedroom and a guest bedroom each with there own bathrooms. The furniture and the carpet are wearing out but the place was good for us. It was priced right we could wash our clothes.

It was a very spacious 2 bedroom condo. The rooms were very clean, a little dated but for the price, I was pleased. The hotel staff were polite and responsive. I would recommend to others.
