A nice room, well soundproofed, but one of the worst check-in experiences I've had. Upon arriving, I was told I had cancelled my reservation. I was sure it hadn't, having received an email from the hotel confirming my check-in days prior. Eventually, I figured out that I had cancelled and immediately rebooked for a better price, so he found the email and insisted I hadn't paid and booked a room, as if he was doing me a favor by letting me stay. I paid (again) and never received any kind of apology or sympathy for his mistake. 15min later I was able to go to my room. The lady at the reception the next morning reimbursed me the second payment and was very professional and pleasant. Having worked in hospitality for years and received guests from all over the world, I find this to be appalling behavior.
