I used to stay here all the time when I lived in AZ. It was great experience when having to fly out of Mesa Gateway. This time however the room was not as quiet, the night clerk was unable to answer questions, the maid came in at 9:00am even though I had a do no disturb sign on the door. That being said the day shift was much more knowledgeable, listened & helped. Said they will be doing remodeling soon & becoming a Hilton. I will chalk it up to one not so good stay. And will try again. Couldn’t beat the price from Travelocity/closeness to airport. And will stay in a room on the inside/back of hotel next time.

That staff was short handed, but 2 towel sets for 3 people and having to change rooms cause the first was filthy was NOT a good start. The night staff handled it right and put us in a better room that was clean and smelled like it was clean. Over all it was ok. Being next to the airport I expected more noise than I had. Good insulation for noise.

Staff was very friendly & helpful. Bed & pillows were uncomfortable. Nice breakfast. No shuttle driver to airport, but staff promptly ordered us a lyft. Once again, staff was fantastic!!

Convenient location. Easy freeway access. However, not very soundproof. Lots of noise in the hallway from kids running up and down as well as traffic noise from the street.

Staff was friendly. Room is clean. I did not find any vending where it said there was vending on the second floor, so that was the one downside.

Had booked hotel to layover the night, before heading out on business in Phoenix area the next morning. Conveniently located to Mesa Gateway Airport. Arrived at 11:00 PM. Check-in staff was prompt and courteous. Room was clean, mattress comfortable and noise level minimal. Bathroom spotless. Morning breakfast buffet was ideal, in that it offered the basics. (Waffle machine, bread, bagels, cereal, fruit, juices, and coffee). Breakfast staff extremely pleasant. Nice exercise room and business center from appearances. Checkout staff equally prompt and friendly. Did not know prior to booking: Hotel does offer shuttle service to and from Mesa Gateway upon request. Would definitely stay here again on next trip into area.
