We needed an early morning shuttle to the airport-they have 24 hour shuttle service available. Also we returned our rental car and they picked us up at the airport to take us back to the hotel for our one night stay.

Property was very disappointing for a Best Western Plus. Hallways smelled of weed and alcohol. Our room smelled of urine so I asked for another room. Second room was just as disappointing minus the urine smell. Bathtub had hair in it like it was never cleaned. Tub itself was in bad shape. Out of the 3 bath towels only one didn't have stains so we used hand towels to dry off after showering. Then seeing the “Safety tips” posted on the door made us not even want to leave the room for the rest of the night. Definitely not renting here again!

All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room had peeling wall paper and a moldy smell.

Breakfast area was clean and the food was fresh and hot. The pool are was clean however there where no towels out and the ladder getting into it broken and somebody might get hurt. The lower lever hall musty carpets where stained they allow pets there where dogs barking all the time. Our room old out dated with stained carpets and there where no charging stations. Ok for a night . We have stayed here before but we decided we will not come back.

The shower rod was falling out of the wall, the pillow cases had holes and the hut tub was disgusting.
