Great front desk and room cleaning staff. Kitchen very poorly supplied, re: utensils, drinking glasses, wine glasses, lid for saucepan, no corkscrew, spatula, wooden spoon etc. I understand that often things like these are removed by clients; but it makes it awkward for the next visitors to have no amenities re: food prep. and presentation. No basics such as salt, pepper, paper towels, placemats, serving dishes, (for snacks, chips, peanuts etc.) However, when requested, we received everything we wanted.

Amazing friendly staff. Great roof top view in the morning for breakfast and the roof top pool was relaxing. We couldnt ask for more.

The front desk persons were very pleasant and helpful. We were under the impression that the "Sky Lounge" was an lounge with a bar and bartender, sadly we were wrong as there was no bar on the premises, nor food after breakfast. I wish that the room had coffee to go with the coffee maker, instead of a coffee maker may be a 2 cup maker would suffice.
