I liked the location of the property. However the beach access from the actual hotel was under construction. Yi didn't like having to rent a section from the hotel next door to sit out on the beach. Also, during check in, the receptionist tried to charge an additional $20/per person per day for breakfast. Huge rip off... Considering you only get old cold scramble eggs, beans and rice and smothered tortillas. Fruit and bread was also available. But it most definitely wasn't worth $20 bucks. I will admit that the bed was very comfortable and the rooms were well maintained and equipped with toiletries but the shower offered no privacy or any hot water.

About the Resort Fee of 20 USD per person per night this amount not only cover the breaksfast it gives you 2x1 all cocktails from 12pm to 1pm, Tequila & Mezcal Tasting, access to THE GYM, teh best Gym in Playa del Carmen and 15% discount on food and beverages. We hope you can visit us again in the future.

Location was excellent but the room in the bathroom was way to small, need more room where the toilet was at but overall would stay here again

Beautiful Hotel on the Beach!
Pros:Everything about this hotel was great! The unobstructed view of the ocean and direct beach access were the best.
Cons:I thought everything was great!
Location:The hotel is literally less than a minute walk from 5th Ave which is the main strip in Playa to shopping, food, and entertainment.
When I had the opportunity to spend a night in Playa Del Carmen, this hotel was recommended to me by the locals. It has a very sleek and modern design that is repeated throughout the hotel from the lobby to the rooms and up on the rooftop deck and pool. The restaurant is an indoor/outdoor type set-up and you are able to get the amazing ocean views from any seat. The food was some of the best I've had, especially the grilled octopus, and the waitstaff were on top of all of my needs without hovering or being too pushy. I was actually able to book the Reef Suite for an awesome price and when I did eventually find my way to bed (the rooftop bar is seriously awesome y'all), I slept like a baby. It is an adults only hotel (except for the restaurant which is fine) so you can't vacation here with your kiddos but it was actually really nice to know that there wouldn't be any screaming babies sleeping in the room next to mine! The hotel and staff were amazing and I will definitely be staying here again!
