- Check-in begins at 15h00;
- Check-out ends at 11:00; after that time you will be charged midnight and if you want to leave after 14:00 you will be charged for the whole night.
- If you need a travel crib, we can provide it at a cost of €39.00
- The Tourist Tax in Vila Nova de Gaia costs €2.5 all year round. This rate is per person for up to 7 nights.
- Our space is 'Self-Catered'! We offer a welcome kit with toiletries for the first day. These are complimentary treats! For replacements or replenishments, we provide them at an extra cost;
- Enhance your stay with additional services available, such as extra keys, extra cleaning and extra linen. For more information on these amenities and their rates, please contact us;
- We ask that all guests complete a registration form in accordance with local legal obligations in Portugal. This form will be sent to you once your booking has been confirmed.

For reservations equal to or exceeding 28 nights, there is a utilities limit (water, electricity, and internet) of up to €200.00.
This apartment requires a €500.00 security deposit, which will be returned at the end of your stay, as long as the property is in the same condition.
