Large comfortable apartment. Location is excellent, near to shops, restaurants and tour pick-up points. Very quick and responsive to emails and queries. I will definitely book Room with a View again on my next trip to Iceland.

The apartment itself was very spacious and modern. However, we were so disappointed about the noise levels. From midnight through til 4.30am we didnt get any sleep because there are late night bars directly opposite/underneath and people were singing and shouting and there was loud music all night long. The first few hours of the stay were perfect it really was just the noise that was the problem

Great location, clean, and comfortable.
The location is ideal; perfect. But it's hard to find from the outside, even with GPS. We walked by it four times. Better signage helps. It's very clean and the room is comfortable. The inside can be confusing. Depending on which side of the hotel you're on, it can be difficult to find your room. Once we learned it, we were fine, but it was very confusing at the beginning. Overall, we would stay again now that we know how to find the hotel and navigate inside.

Definitely a Room with a View!
This was such a great little property. The parking was a bit confusing at first but I managed to figure it out. I paid for a meter close to the hotel to drop luggage and then parked my vehicle at the cathedral - free - overnight. Did the reverse in the am when it was time to leave. It's a beautiful walk. There was live music at night from a bar down below but it finished by 10-10:30. There are no streaming apps on the tv. But I really wasn't there long enough to make it a bummer. Bed was super comfy and the linens were terrific.I would definitely come back!

Pro is it is spacious. Everything was quite old but clean. Difficult to figure out how to get hot water from shower and which way to point the shower head. Also at some point didn’t have any hot water. Bathroom light also was broken, got fixed after we called the owner, then broke again immediately after.
