Cambio di gestione con problemi
Arrivati in hotel non hanno trovato la prenotazione e ci hanno proposto altro hotel ! Solo nel pomeriggio hanno trovato le stanze , adducendo problemi vari , ma senza chiedere scusa del disservizio ! stanze abbisognevoli di manutenzione , condizionatori rotti , discretamente pulite . Colazione scarsa e scadente , con prodotti da discount Hotel in buona posizione con piscina ben tenuta . Il cambio di gestione ( gestori alla prima esperienza in Romagna ) sicuramente non ha giovato alla struttura! Devono sicuramente organizzarsi meglio , sia al ricevimento che in cucina
