I booked online and put in special request for lower level room due to i need to use my walker they put me on second floor had to climb stairs disabled so unfair

No breakfast included, but was included in the Travelocity reservation. Just don't appreciate paying for services that were never there to begin with. Feel scammed.

I paid for a nonsmoking room, but I was forced to accept a smoking room because that was all that Motel 6 had on the site. They would not let me cancel the reservation and change properties either.
