View the glimmering Bellevue skyline reflecting off the water at night, and then soak in the beautiful sunrise - all from your luxurious queen-size bed. Unwind and cuddle after a day of exploring. Your cozy, quiet living room has a fireplace, heated floors, comfortable furnishings, and a TV with streaming capability and access to hundreds of movies. A mini split AC/heating unit provides additional levels of comfort. Prepare your sumptuous delicacies in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, and cookware. Take 57 steps down through the jasmine-filled garden to your own private waterfront backyard to relax on the patio with your outdoor gas fireplace and barbecue.

In order to reach this waterfront cabin, you need to drive down a steep driveway and take many steps. This property is not suitable if you have trouble with stairs or mobility issues.
There is a two-night minimum stay at this home.
There is no boat moorage available.
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

I arrived late in the evening on my check in day. I have never used the identification verification service to get into a vacation rental before. The system was not functioning correctly. I called VRBO, was routed to Vacate and basically told that they couldn't help me get access to the home without verification and the verification process wasn't working. I ended up having to find a different place to stay that night. I called the next morning and was finally able to receive my check in information. I explained what happened to the representative and requested a refund for the night I missed. She said a manager would call me right back. I never heard from anyone. I do a lot of traveling and have loved nearly every vacation home I have ever stayed at. This property was exactly what I was looking for but the customer service was horrible.

AMAZING PROPERTY
The neighborhood you’re staying at is one of the nicer neighborhoods in the Seattle area… the lake cabin was as described and the views it provides are amazing…. The driveway getting into the property was a bit steep but just take your time getting down… overall and excellent experience

This place is just incredible! Absolutely stunning view and a joy to stay at. The amenities are great and the cabin is very quiet and cozy. Only critique is there is lots of stairs. Definitely coming back.

DISAPPOINTING tiny, cozy log cabin in downtown Bellevue.
Cozy, quiet, tiny cabin on the waterfront in Bellevue. Comfortable bedding, lovely serene view. However, the description did not include that access to the cabin involves a very steep driveway followed with a steep slippery staircase to the lake level. Please be aware, the climb back up to the car park level is only manageable by those who are fit enough and physically able. Luggage and groceries will be an additional challenge. The management company, Vacasa, was extremely unhelpful and required multiple attempts over a 48hour period to address our needs. The steep driveway to the street level was covered with wet leaves which left our car slipping and sliding up the drive. It was nerve racking to back up and attempt the ascent multiple times…. Walking the driveway presented a treacherous challenge on the way up and more so on the way down. This issue could easily been avoided if the leaves were blown off the driveway. It was this request that was not addressed, despite 3 calls to the 24/7 support line; 48 hours later a message was left on my phone to inform us that this service would not be provided. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING, FRUSTRATING and UNACCEPTABLE. I would NOT recommend this property for the sole reason of the management company, Vasasa.

We've been coming here several times per year. So much nicer than staying in a hotel, with greater Covid safety. In earlier reviews I noted some of the highlights & things to note: this is not an easily accessible property so you must be able to do lots of stairs to get down to lake level. So worth it!

Anniversary Trip
Overall the place was amazing! So peaceful and serene. The one issue we had was not being able to communicate with the homeowner. Shower worked great and waking up in bed with the view was amazing. The kitchen was well stocked. Just minor issue with the TV. Loved going to the city and then relaxing by the peace of the water. The stairs getting to place we're crazy haha and that driveway. Thank you so much!🙏

Excellent location, beautiful setting and charming but some drawbacks
The location is excellent, the cabin is charming and in a beautiful setting, and the owner who lives in the adjacent house is pleasant and helpful. The weather was warm during our stay and we continuously used the window unit air conditioner which is a located above the head of the bed. It was extremely loud and basically woke us up each time it turned on. In addition, there is some type of loud pump that goes on and off every 15 minutes or so that also was unsettling. While it was not much of a bother to us, the cabin is located at the bottom of a steep hill and there are many uneven steps between the parking place and the cabin.

Great stay in a beautiful setting!
The house was perfect for two people! It was cozy, cute, and clean with gorgeous views of Lake Washington and Mt. Rainier. Close to tons of parks and downtown Bellevue. It was also easy and convenient to get to Seattle in less than 30 minutes. The owners in the house behind the property you wouldn’t even know were there. Everything felt so private! They did leave a really nice note on our rental car offering us to use their jet ski which was beyond thoughtful. We will definitely be back!
