The hotel is in disrepair, and the room was dirty. The ceiling was dripping, moldy, and falling down outside our room. The walls inside our room were water damaged and moldy, and the shower had mold. We took photos, but I don't know how to submit them. This was supposed to be a highly rated, 4-stat hotel. I feel like I was duped by Expedia. The staff was friendly, but housekeeping kept removing our towels. We had to request them to be returned multiple times.

The only thing is the reception area is very small. But for the capacity of the hotel , it is ok. One important thing is the outer construction of the building, it is not too fire safe friendly. Still can’t figure out why the outer meter wall unit works when there is fire

The day of our enterance the smell in the area was not good , garbage ( empty boxes ) were visible , the cieling was leaking water at 6th floor but the rooms were very clean and spacious, the staff were friendly and location has easy access to mrt .

Top notch service. The staff is wonderfully attentive and helpful. Clean, modern and conveniently located hotel. Rooms are very big by Singapore standards. Free breakfast is a nice touch.
