Twin Peaks is the traditional beach house, perfect for your family and even your dog! (No pets other than dogs are permitted with 2 dog Maximum.) Let the dolphins be your entertainment while you rock your worries away on the covered deck overlooking the Gulf. Take a dip in the surf and sun just steps away down the boardwalk. There are two Master Suites. The King Suite features a large bathroom with walk in shower and double vanity. The Queen also features a walk in shower. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds. The large open living and kitchen area complete with breakfast bar and formal dining area, create the atmosphere for a great family getaway!

DISCLOSURE: This home is and has been located next to th 6th street west public beach walkover. We have had several complaints in reviews concerning this but the access has been there since before the house was built . The review make the house seem like the party shack BUT SGI is not hidden anymore and our area is fast becoming a RESORT type area so if you want great view and fabulous old florida style home -- Twin Peaks is it -- if you want to be away from all of it, then...

Twin Peaks also features a screened in porch off the Master which faces the Gulf.

WE HAVE HAD TO REPLACE THE GAS LOG FIREPLACE AND DUE TO SUPPLY CHAIN ISSUES IT WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL DECEMBER, 2022.

Linens and basic amenities provided (soap, dish washing supplies, paper towels, toilet paper and laundry soap are included.)

Twin Peaks is Top Tier

Twin Peaks was our 4th place we've stayed at in SGI and it has by far been our favorite. The location is incredible. The house is so comfortable and clean. We loved having the screened in side of the porch as well! Thanks for having us! We will absolutely be back!!

Family and pet fun!

We really enjoyed our stay at Twin Peaks. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Kitchen cabinets didn't like to stay closed but no big issue. The walkway to the beach was sturdy - some screws could be worked on and one side board replaced - but very serviceable (and I've had some awful ones). Lighting for the stairs wasn't found until day 3 but is very nice addition. Bathrooms were very nice. LOVED the screened porch (even screened on the bottom) and slept on it every night (through 2 night time rains)! Would love to come back if the sliding door is replaced - not being able to use it was unfortunate. Proximity to everything is great and SGI has amazing food!! Highly recommend for pet owner also - gate at top helps with kid and pet safety! This is the 5th property we have stayed at and we were very pleased!

Great house right on the beach. Plenty of room. Beach access is great and also a very handy clean up area to wash the sand off before going up to the house. Great location, pretty close to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Home-away-from-home

My husband and I along with our adult sons and spouse loved our stay at Twin Peaks. I had stayed there with friends over 10 years ago. I loved it then and I love it now. Only now my family also loves it. Cozy, and comfortable without being showy. Please keep Twin Peaks just as it is. Also, dolphins, sunrise, and sunsets never disappoint. Thank you.

Casual and affordable beachfront property

We had a great stay at Twin Peaks. The location is hard to beat, and it has a very casual retro vibe. There was a little trouble with the HVAC in the main bedroom and the shower head in the bath attached to the living room. But these were minor problems that the owner plans to address. Plus the price is right for a 3 bedroom on the beach.

Very homelike property

There are some very nice features about this property. We especially enjoyed the full length deck/porch where we spent a lot of our time. You get a good first impression when you walk through the door. It’s bright and spacious and has a wonderful view of the water. The biggest drawback was the poorly designed steps to the beach. There are several levels to navigate just to get to the wooden walkway to the beach. Some of the major appliances needed repair (refrigerator and microwave) which we reported and were not corrected. (Communicated with the owner but never heard from local property manager. ) And bedspreads could benefit from a deep cleaning. Despite the criticism, we did enjoy our stay and would consider coming back again.

Close to everything, spacious

Very nice, spacious house. Screened porch is great. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable furniture. Public beach access wasn’t a problem, just set your beach stuff up early. Caught fish, but no keepers. Not the fault of the property! Wife loved the place. Would consider booking again. Overall very good.

Rejuvenate

This was the perfect place to just chill and relax. The fireplace was an added benefit for the chilly days. We loved the porch which was great for happy hour. The location makes it easy to walk to the store and restaurants. Twin Peaks has the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen for a rental property. They even had iron skillets - made cornbread to go with vegetable soup. Thanks for a great place for birthday celebrations and Valentine’s Day.

ST GEORGE ISLAND ANNIVERSARY WEEK

We love St. George Island! It is not as crowded or commercialized as a lot of beach locations. Twin Peaks is on the beach, clean and has plenty of room! We will be back!
