This property has a flight of stairs from the entrance/garage to the living room. There is also another flight of stairs from the kitchen area to the bedrooms. If anyone in your party has trouble with stairs, this may not be the place for you.

The sliding glass doors lead to a balcony with patio furniture overseeing the water. There is also a half bathroom on the same floor. From the living room, there are three steps connecting to the kitchen and dining area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, espresso machine, toaster, blender, dishes, glasses, pots, and bakeware. The kitchen has granite countertops, with stools and an elevated granite counter for eating. The dining table sits up to eight people; there is a TV at the foot of the table. This area also has sliding glass doors leading to the front balcony with a patio table to enjoy a nice breakfast. There is also a washer and dryer on this floor.
The top floor has three bedrooms (all with smart TVs) and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, an elliptical machine, and a beautiful view of the water in a romantic setting. The master bathroom has a two sinks, a large tub, and a separate shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The second bathroom is in the hallway.
The backyard faces the water and has a patio with a Weber gas grill, a dining table, chairs, a wicker love-seat, two movable lawn chairs, and a fishing/boat dock.
There is free parking in the garage and driveway.
Nearby attractions: The beach is only a three minute walk away. There is a public park with a picnic area and brand new pickleball courts across the street. There are also public tennis courts and a library two blocks away. Pickleball and tennis equipment are at the house and available to guests, as well as two bicycles. There are many restaurants and bars within walking distance including local favorites Frenchy's, Beachcomber, and Crabby Bill's.
