Everything was good, but the fact that they did not let us take pictures at the grand stairs, that was upsetting and was disappointed at management. It was my daughter's 15th birthday and a picture at the stairs with her dress would have been great. That was the only bad part of the hotel. Management. Other than that, the employees were very helpful with information about things to do in Sydney
