This home is set in a small family neighborhood just on the Northeast side of Tallahassee close to shopping and dining experiences.

The Space:
The Bright & Spacious Getaway features a quaint entryway opening into a large open floor plan with vaulted ceilings in the living and dining. Just off of the dining area is a walkthrough kitchen and laundry room. Three bedrooms branch off the centralized hall. Each bedroom contains a queen size bed, smart tv, and ample closet space. A large master suite features its own full bathroom. The full guest bathroom is located just off the hall.
A small raised deck accessible from the guest bedroom overlooks the wooded backyard.

Guest Access:
Our two car driveway allows for free parking in front of the home. Private on street parking is also available.
The most popular mode of transportation in our area is by car or ride share. City transit buses are also available but require a walk to the closest bus stop.

The Neighborhood:
This home is on a dead-end street in a quiet, family oriented Northeast neighborhood near the heart of Tallahassee. It's a short driving distance to Florida State University, Florida A&M University, Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, Florida State Capitol, Civic Center, and Interstate 10.

Parking in the two space private drive way allows for easy access to the front door of our home. Free on street over flow parking is available adjacent to the property as well.

Our closest StarMetro bus stop is 1.1 miles from our home, the Greyhound Station is 5.5 miles, and the Tallahassee International Airport is 9.8 miles. Private ride share companies like Uber and Lyft are readily available in our area.

Other Things to Note:
We do require a few house rules from our guest to protect our neighborhood and home - this includes no parties, events, or smoking of any kind. We also limit the number of guests in our home.
