You are renting a furnished condo from a realtor.
Stayed in building 4099 / apt. 2003
You are renting a furnished condo and are on your own for everything – do not expect any hotel services at all.
Check-in was at another main unit and felt shady – door opened 6 inches "name" then out came a sheet of paper and a key and door asked "OK". I had to ask for additional instructions and received a super-fast explanation that was not understandable.
Was given a single key that needs to be with you to go anywhere but the ground floor. Luckily we were traveling as a group so 1 key was OK.
Having our own parking spot was nice and the room was clean and the kitchen had everything.
However, furnished as cheap as possible / master bed was hard as a rock / another bed was ready to fall apart.
2nd br. was so small you could only open the door half way without hitting a bed.
We were a family of 5 staying for 4 nights and there were only 4 towels total, ever.
The next day there was evidence that someone was in our room without a reason or our permission.
The hallway had a different smell every day and one day it was so strong you could smell it in the room.
2 of the 3 windows wouldn't open so we had to rely on the sliding door for fresh air but I really wanted to use a window. No check-out instructions - I had to reach out to ask how that went.
More space than a hotel but not close to the comfort that a hotel offers.
