One Bedroom one den modern apartment downtown Vancouver, This apartment can give you the urban city style, relax comfort nights, the great choice for the vacation escaping from home. The Den is a small room can be small bedroom-sofa bed with twined size mattress or an office. Netflix, AC for sunmer, cooling fan. By Roger arena, Skytrain, Coffee shops, restaurant, grocery, theatre are just doorstep. Canada place , cruise 10 -15 minu walk, Fully Kitchenware, walking distance to Gastown, seawall. 24 security building with fob access only parking . The price is for two guests for the queen bed. If require two beds, a sofa bed (locked) apply additional fees $30/ night. as well as the third guest, additional $30/ night.

1. in conventient location , free security parking. Enjoy all day Sauna hot-tup, Sauna, indoor swimming pool, gym and roof roof garden.
2. Self check-in system.
3. Walk distance to Beach , Canada place. Gas town , next door Roger Arena for hockey game, concerts. Walk distance to BC place , Yaletown.
The apartment max is 3 persons. The price showing is One Queen size bed, for two guests. Additional bed or additional guest fees $30/night.

Guest access: This entire apartment suite except for a storage room. The Elevator. Pool, hot tub, sauna, Fitness center, the amenitty ' availability could be under the maintenance.it is beyond the host' control and we might not have an additional note before the checking in or during guests stay. Our house rules: no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.

2. quiet after 9 pm, no party.* baby in the next door of the apartment .
3. Shoes off on the hardwood floor.
4. The price is for one queen size bed for two persons. the second bed or the third guest, additional fees $30/night. (The additional sofa bed is locked, please notify the host if need it), a penalty of $50 a person/night if more guests stay than communicated.
We reserve the right ask you to leave the apartment without refund if more than 3 persons.
5. Replacement fees for loss key: Fob $200, key $50.
6. The TV has Netflix youtube only.
7. No smoking in entire the apartment, patio and the building. the violation causes a fine, it will pursue and will be paid the fine from the guest deposit.
8. Detergent is not included with the washer.
9. if you need a Parking spot( Free) or the additional bed(30$ a night), message the host for a notice.
10. The host might ask the guest to present a government ID for Identity verification.

Arrivée désastreuse et surveillance
Malgré le fait que nous avions annoncé l’heure d’arrivée plusieurs heures à l’avance, Madame nous a fait attendre plus d’1:30 dans le lobby du building pour nous remettre les clés. Nous n’avions ni reçu d’indications pour le code de la porte, le stationnement ou le wifi. Aucune communication. A titre de dédommagement, elle a coupé de 60$ le montant que nous lui devions pour l’tilisation du divan-lut. Le lendemain, elle a communiqué avec nous pour nous informer qu’elle passerait dans les 5 prochaines minutes pour ce paiement supplémentaire que nous lui devions, mais encore une fois a pris plus de 30 minutes avant de se présenter. Ainsi, nous nous sommes senties surveillées et bousculées. Elle a demandé de l’argent comptant, ce que nous n’avions pas. L’appartement était toutefois similaire à l’annonce proposée, mais certains équipements laissent à désirer: pôle de salle de bain arrachée, stores brisés, lampes défectueuses. Nous n’avons pas utilisé la cuisinière, sortant pour les repas donc nous ne pouvons pas commenter sur ces équipements. Plusieurs cafés, épiceries à distance très courte de marche, tout comme le quartier chinois à côté, les stades et la station de skytrain. Belle localisation.

Worst experience ever!
The instructions that the owner gave me to check in were not functioning. I was never able to get in the building that I had rented for two nights. My 3 & 5 year old daughters were left stranded outside. The owner requested me to asks strangers who resides in the building to let me in. Nobody wanted. The owner also told me to speak with the security, which I did. By law the security wasn’t able to help me. I called Vrbo and after letting them know the situation they offered to find me a hotel which I couldn’t do since I had no credit card. The lady that n the phone suggested I go to a friends place for the night. On my way there I lost the communication with the lady agent. When I called back and finally got to speak with another vrbo’s agent I was already at my friends place. That man agent then asks me to go back to the rental to take pictures to prove that I was there. It was about midnight at that point. I was infuriated and exhausted. I went back got pictures. The next morning I called Vrbo the agent then told me that I should speak with the owner and request a refund. I did. The owner agreed. The owner doesn’t know how to process the refund. I have not yet been refunded. When I phone Vrbo again to explain my story they said I should wait a few days since they have to review my file. I am beyond disappointed and extremely frustrated about this whole situation. I would definitely not recommend staying there!!!!

Cute space, need more storage
The apartment was clean, walking distance to shops and restaurants, with a comfy bed. The key fob instructions were a little unclear, but ok once we got the hang of it. We disliked that we couldn’t access other floors however, because we met another couple in the building and couldn’t get to their floor. They had to come and get us. The surrounding area is a bit dicey and we had to figure out the safest routes to walk.

Overall, my spouse and I enjoyed our stay at this property. The amenities (pool, spa, sauna, garden) were very nice and easy to access. The bed was very comfortable and there were extra blankets and pillows for guests which was nice. The bathroom/shower was good, and it was nice that some toiletry products as well as plush towels were available. The condo was close to various food establishments, coffee shops, drugstores, and liquor stores. The area the condo was in itself was a little dodgy, however. I would not recommend walking around there at night. Overall the stay was enjoyable and met my expectations. I would recommend the host include a few additional items such as paper towel and cleaning spray, extra ice cube trays, and a more modern coffee machine.

The last minute
The bed was comfy, the shower was great , proximity to Gastown and skytrain was great and the spa/pool/sauna facilities were wonderful. Overall we had a nice stay. However, we had to wait about 20 minutes for someone to welcome us when we arrived. We stood outside thinking we had been scammed. We also were disappointed with the lack of pots, pans, salad bowls and decent cutlery to prepare meals with. We also had to rewash the dishes before we could use them. It would have been nice to have the wifi numbers written down so we would not have needed to contact Shania again.

Decent place for one night stay but..
Poor communication from the host. We sent messages inquiring about the check-in process, but didn’t get any response for a few days. We ended up having to call the host to receive the information. The place was not clean, missing a fair amount of utensils that were originally shown in the pictures, and the dishes were dirty as well. Most of the shower bottles were almost completely empty. The hot tub was nice and the location is pretty convenient. We had no issues with the Wi-Fi, but the TV had no signal and didn’t work.

Great location!
Overall it was a great location, plenty of restaurants, theater and shops. The place was relatively quiet for a downtown location. The apartment was clean but could have been better stocked with paper towels or napkins, food wrap, working fans or AC. Sofa bed was locked and not useable and it is a twin size version. Really only room for two people comfortable with sharing a double bed. Just be prepared for a very small space.
