Exceeded expectations.

The whole process of staying at the Alpenglow was excellent. The reps I dealt with were quick to reply, friendly communicators and very professional. We stayed in room 415 and found it to be meticulously clean, simple but upscale in its decoration with a few thoughtful extras. Cozy, simple and exactly what we wanted. The hotel was quiet to sleep in and the bed was comfortable. As I proceed through this review I'm likely going to be asked what they could improve and I don't have an answer for that. Reasonably priced, clean, comfortable and quiet.
