Quebec is one of Canada’s major maple syrup-producing areas, and during maple season, sugar shacks are used to collect maple sap and create a variety of traditional maple products. If the meal plan is selected, enjoy a traditional-style lunch at the maple farm in a warm and lively atmosphere. If the maple farm is closed, lunch will be arranged at another restaurant.
