Meet your guide at the Kananaskis Visitor Information Centre to complete waivers and an orientation, before starting your hike through Kananaskis Country. Your journey through the region will begin with a convoy to the trailhead. Once at the trailhead, you’ll follow one of five hiking trails from our bucket list, whatever is best for the season!
As you venture through Kananaskis Country, you’ll have the chance to see stunning views of the Canadian Rockies and learn about bear awareness. Along the way, there will be a rest stop for you to relax and enjoy lunch while marvelling at the front ranges of the Canadian Rockies.
Once you’ve finished lunch, the hike will continue back to the starting point of the trailhead, where the tour will come to an end. This hike is a great opportunity to experience the unique flora, fauna, geography, and geology of the Alberta Rockies.
