Know before you book

  • You must be 18 years of age and present a valid photo ID in order to consume alcohol.
  • No cancellations or changes are allowed. If you don't attend the show on the date and time indicated in your confirmation, the tickets will not be refunded.
  • You need to pick up your tickets at the box office of the theatre at least 30 minutes prior to the booked tour start time.

Based on the history and culture of Mexico, Cirque du Soleil JOYÀ follows the adventures of a rebellious teenager who is suddenly catapulted into the heart of a mysterious jungle that is within the universe of her grandfather—an extravagant man who loves nature and is constantly searching for the meaning of life.

Inspired by the fabulous migratory journey of the monarch butterfly, whose legacy is passed from one generation to the next to ensure the species’ survival, JOYÀ reveals a world inhabited by fascinating characters who work side by side to perpetuate their love for life.
