Overview

I’ll teach you the secret of traditional pasta while sharing the wonderful view of the hills from the top of the house where you'll feel filled with positive energy. We'll knead the dough for pasta or gnocchi, make spaghetti and ravioli or tortellini. Before eating pasta with 2 different sauces in porcelain dishes, with cutlery and lighting candles, I’ll teach you the basics of food design and presentation.I'm an architect and I obtained the Italian HACCP certification for the food and drink safety.
